1. Who we are

Kesis & Sisters is a Canadian company building Nyx and testing applications developed from governed clinical knowledge. This website is located at kesis.ca.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you choose to provide through the collaboration form:

• name and work email;
• organization and role;
• type of collaboration and area of interest;
• message content.

If you use an Insights email-capture form, we collect your email address and the page or source associated with that request.

Do not submit personal health information or requests for individual medical advice. The website source does not set analytics cookies or use persistent browser storage. Cloudflare may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request headers, as part of hosting, security, and normal network operations.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information to:

• understand and respond to an organizational inquiry;
• route a message to the appropriate person;
• keep an appropriate record of business correspondence;
• record a request to receive future Insights updates.

We do not sell or rent contact information.

4. Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to the collection and use of the information for the purposes described here. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting [email protected].

5. Storage and safeguards

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to our server-side form handler and email delivery provider, Resend, then delivered to the Kesis & Sisters business email environment. Resend reports SOC 2 Type II compliance.

Business correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry and maintain appropriate records, typically no longer than three years unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business need.

6. Service providers and transfers

Information may be processed by:

• Resend, which provides email-delivery infrastructure for form submissions;
• Cloudflare, which provides hosting, content delivery, and website security.

These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process.

7. Access, correction, and complaints

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent, or raise a concern about our handling of the information. Contact [email protected]. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Children

The collaboration form is intended for organizational inquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes to this policy
